Reservations Overview
The Cheat Mountain Club is a full-lodge rental with meals included. You and your friends/family/group will be the only guests on the property during your stay.
Check-in 4:00 pm | Check-out 10:00 am
You can rent for a week, a weekend, or a single night, however, a minimum number of nights is frequently applied to holidays or during prime rental periods such as fall leaf-peeping and spring fishing.
If you’re looking to book beyond our current reservation calendar, you may send an email identifying the date(s) to the Reservations Coordinator. We can’t promise you a reservation, but this puts you in the queue, and gives you the best shot.

Lodge Fees are separated into 4 categories:
Lodge Rental |Shopping & Cleaning |Meal Service |Groceries
Lodge Rental is a fixed rate.
Shopping & Cleaning is a fixed rate.
Same price rate regardless of group size or duration.
Meal Service is based on the number of guests per day 1-10 guests and 11-23 guests.
Typically, our morning staff prepares breakfast and lunch; our evening staff prepares dinner.
The cost of Groceries is based on your menu and group size.
At check-out, Dottie provides you with grocery receipts for you to reimburse her directly.
